I think if they are going to put league champions in pot 1, then they should do away with TV or country exclusions. I cannot wrap my head around how scenarios arise where there can be 5 open spots, but only 1 or 2 are "allowable" during these draws. Fuck that, let fate decide, and just deal with it.
