Good performance again but for the 2nd home game running in the league it was tarnished by selfish petulance by one of our players.
Pep needs to sort this out as one game it could cost us.

Get the feeling something special happening at the moment can see peps philosophy right through the team pleasure watching us play

There is a palpable sense of joy in our play which was very evident today. Great performance and great atmosphere.

Bang on mate , the whole atmosphere from terrace to concourse is completely different , its football and player commitment of the highest quality. Never ever felt this satisfied watching city before, it's up there already with the latter stages of the Mancini title winning season- you just know that when we lose a game-and we will, that the drive and comittment will be there the next game.

The difference in just 7 games under this guy is nothing short of staggering .

Roy Keane was right - Pep is THE special one.

Grinding that big headed twat into the ground at old shitford is going to be a joy,

Phenomenal start to our season continued today.
And I can't see it stopping.
The best football I have seen us play in 48 yrs I have been watching City.
Just brilliant!

Started following City 1965. Seen some great days but far too many let down ones. The first 40 mins v Utd, comfortably beating Borussia Mon. and the 90 mins today, outstanding. KDB, Kolorov, Sterling............ Pep, thank you.

Enjoyed the lack of stress today.

KDB, Kolarov and Sterling the stars of the show today. Nacho got a goal and an assist but it was his workrate that particularly impressed me.

No Aguero, Silva or Kompany & starts Stones on the bench but the team doesn't look any weaker. It's very difficult now to pick the strongest eleven.

I really believe City are playing in 2nd possibly 3rd gear at the moment. The potential this team has is frightening as they are going to improve game by game. I know we are only 5 games in but you do wonder when we are going to drop points. This team feel they can beat anything thats put in front of them and thats reflected in the way they are playing.

Absolutely right. We are able to ride it out without some of our really big players. Very heartening to know.
