Indeed. Can't be bothered about his agent or the fact Yaya is somehow responsible for that tool. It's a sad end that is hard to ignore when I look back at Mansours' years in ten years time. Great player, shite agent, sad end.

If that happened I'd be waiting with great anticipation to hear what Seluk would say when Maureen threw Yaya under the bus for continually losing his runner.
 
Is Pep saying that Seluk must apologise (for his comments about leaving yaya out of the champs league squad) or is Pep saying Yaya must apologise for (probably) contacting his agent and getting his agent to say this (regarding his exclusion from the champs league squad..........or both?

I agree with everything Pep says and that slimy fucker sleek is a vile human being but Im not sure giving the media ammunition like this is the best idea.....we all know Pep is right (as is the club) but we all also know the Media will twist this to suit any narrative they want and Pep has now given them ammunition to do so.

I would have thought a dignified silence on the matter would have been better (though Im guessing he would have consulted with Khaldoon before coming out with such direct remarks)
 
so Seluk has basically Pep should apologise to Yaya & Joe & Pell then Yaya might play again for him. No chance n telling the boss at work this would see me sacked with no reference other the dates I worked.

I don't think silence was required. Pep answered a direct question honestly and fair fucks to him for doing so.

I've been wanting someone at City to clip that fat prick's wings for a few years.
 
It's a sad indictment of the power agents have or assume they have when they think that calling out a manager will end well for their client. Yaya may be a bit of a diva, but his main problem is that he is represented by one of the biggest weapons on the planet.

If Yaya's agent thinks this can possibly end well for him and Yaya he is deluded. What he is forgetting is that Pep doesn't have to include Yaya in anything, it was up to Yaya to show Pep he can cut it... this saga indicates the opposite. Yaya can blame his agent when he doesn't feature again this season. If they'd kept their mouths shut and worked hard they would have had a chance, even if that was a small chance.

The club have played a blinder here, getting Ya Ya out the door and getting revenge on the bigmouth agent.

The truth is YaYa was never going to be part of Pep's plans, but City have been very clever after he's been taking sick days and threatening to see out his contract and God knows what else.

Hilarious.
 
I think the point that some people are missing and what the really important statement is.... we now call the shots.....we are now bigger than any player... Recent results without our latest holy trinity have proved that.
You do it our way.....no compromise , as simple as that !!
 
If Seluk seriously expects City fans to back him and Toure, he needs a check up. Toure has a big decision to make, ditch the agent and get a decent move, or milk the club and get paid and become a forgotten man. Either way, despite his contributions in the past, he is not doing himself any favours : Balotelli, Tevez, Adebayor, Barton.
