Nice bumpage but a new thread would have been allowed after 6 years :)

We will find that Harry has probably inadvertently let the old cat or indeed dog out of the bag and the fee was 3m official, with him and the other vultures popping the other 6m in Rosie's bank account.
 
Forget about Benjani....Redknap is a massive twat with a face that looks like a bulldog chewing a wasp.
Fuck the baggy eyed bent bastard...horrible twat who should have managed the rags because him and the scum would be a perfect match.

Didn't think we had either under Sven? Thought Caicedo came in the season after and Cole got fucked off when we got Samaras and Corradi *shudders*
 
Benjani was incremental around the £6M mark reported at the time, it did allow Pompey to sign Defoe for similar money which was a bit daft.

He did score the winner at Boro in the FACC in 2010, probably his last significant act.
 
£9.5m for a the winner at the swamp... the first one in over 30 years... absolute bargain

(Even if it did hit his shoulder and he knew nowt about it)

Didn't realise it was Sven related

I watched Andy Coles debut from a pub in Thailand. His debut was in a preseason tour of Thailand but having watched the first game, I couldn't bring myself to go to another. We were fucking awful!

I thought we paid 10m with 3m in add ons?? I remember thinking at the time it was an incredible amount of money for a player his age.....and didn't he miss his flight twice as he didn't want to really join us?
Edit - just had a look, 3.87m rising to 7.6m. Doesn't seem too bad. Where I got 10m from I don't know.
