I wonder if fat Wayne will be given the 'you've let your country down' by the six fingered inbreds at the game today like Raheem did?
If that's the case why does Fernadhino play every game ? Surely we're risking "knackering them out physically & mentally by January" as well ?The risk, is knackering them out physically & mentally by January & then having to patch them up for 4 months. That's the 'risk' Pellegrini has been taking with all our players & it's largely failed.
100 % correctThis.
Bunch of fucking rag/scouse licking arsewipes. Even interfering with the fixtures in their favour.
I can't believe the number of fucking morons in this thread moaning about the selection under the circumstances. It's as if the last two years never happened & they learned nothing.
At last we have a manager who is at least trying to see the whole picture & 'manage'.
Today was the sort of battling game which wins titles, irrespective of the names who played.
We failed to beat them at all last time they were in our league.
What the f**k about I'd like to know. The whole commentary today was a joke, Savage was as bad, especially about some of the fouls.Trevor Francis is one bitter bastard

Some of the rotation is odd, Stones particularly, 2 internationals in England, and 1 CL game v 2 internationals in South America, 2 League games, and a CL game in the same period, and not even on the bench ? Yes I know we're short at CB, but we have no real cover for Fernadhino either.
Sunny Coast was banned from the match thread for saying Sterling deserves booing. I wouldn't really listen to him on the subject.Oh im a weapon am i? The guy said he was an expensive aaron lennon and had seen nothing oherwise, what a NOB

We did not steal the points we deserved the winI'm so glad we stole 3 points there. Our defence is woeful. I've never seen defenders panic so much, how otamendi didn't get a pen against him I'll never know. Clichy & Sagna looked like rabbits in the headlights everytime the ball came to them and hoofed it.
We are so poor at direct play, all teams will be happy to let is piss about with it 40 yards from goal.
The penetration is missing yet again and always wanting to 'tap' the ball in.
IMO Sterling was awful.
However.... Winning at Burnley is no easy task. Let's take that and move on.
They are all tested and asked about their fitness. If that's the case why does Fernadhino play every game ? Surely we're risking "knackering them out physically & mentally by January" as well ?

Absolutely this. Some of the comments pre game were a fucking disgrace from people that should really know an awful lot better.This.

Well its wrong then, because sooner or later we'll miss him through fatigue.Fernandinho is our most important player. He is genuinely irreplaceable and we have nobody like him in the squad. That's why he doesn't get rested.
In what way ? He picks him for big games, then not even on the bench, I understand the need for rotation, but this rotation seems to have favourites. I also understand the need for a more robust side at Burnley, Yaya isn't robust, he added very little today either in strength, or effort.Pep has obviously been concerned about Stones for a while.

Give over, both, particularly Ota had decent games.A win's a win's a win.
Worrying how bad we can look at times.
Fernando my MOTM. Very good performance from him!
Kolarov and Otamendi are both fucking brainless liabilities.
