Oh what a night
I wonder if UEFA would compensate any rag fans who may be out of pocket if this happens? If not, would they start to boo their jingle like we do with the CL one? And if that happens, would they also be castigated by the media? It would seem there is a doubt as to whether the game will be played. How funny would it be were they to be told to play it 24hrs later. Peg would go into meltdown.
Still its the fans i feel sorry for, having flown all the way to Odessa and -9 at great expense on a day when it has been almost spring like here....now to discover that the match might be off. Now a less charitable person would perhaps hope that somebody in a balaclava might see fit to fire a few rounds out of an AK47 off outside the team hotel and that where the fans are staying just to put the wind up them. Then the match called off and rearranged for Friday afternoon only for it to be called off again. The twats would then have to fly home Friday night where upon with a little luck Manchester airport will be fog bound thus causing their aircraft to be diverted to Gatwick or even better Southampton. Then have to travel back to Manchester by Coach. Me...I would never wish such misfortune upon my fellow man of course.
"Oh what a night..."Very unlucky to draw an Eastern European side away on a Thursday night in December.
Oh well, that's Manchester Unlucky for you.
Don't think fog at Manchester airport will affect the travelling fansIt would seem there is a doubt as to whether the game will be played. How funny would it be were they to be told to play it 24hrs later. Peg would go into meltdown.
