He will play at Palace. I think th only reason he didn't play yesterday was due to the importance of the game. Having to rearrange the defence against Spurs if he has to go off, would have been risky.

Would be reluctant to start him until he's handled four or five substitute appearances. Having to rearrange a defense early on and wasting a substitution is a big deal. I remember at home to Kyiv last year Mangala had to come on after eight minutes and was still warming up as we restarted play.

Yep this last injury was impact and nothing to do with his other ones
He does need to stay fit the rest of the season if he wants to carry on playing next year

I know he is a fighter and has a huge responsibility for the club. That's why I hope he goes step by step, is relaxed and has a smile.

Hopefully starts next game. Pep said it well, sometimes Kompany tries to do too much and wants to come back right away and play perfectly. He needs to take it game by game. Palace is a great start for him, we need our captain back!!
