Didn't Pep say last time something about he asked Vinnie to tell him when he can't continue, but he said nothing then got injured? Seems Vinnie wanted to make a point. My feeling now that I've thought about it is that he's not necessarily injured. I just think they have a bit of an iffy relationship.
 
I think we are just being cautious with Kompany's return. If he was injured, we would have heard.

He's been out a long time and played at the weekend so hopefully just being cautious
 
My sentiments too. I don't think Vinnie is injured. If you noticed Vinnie was hoofing the ball downfield several times instead of playing It out from the back. Which I thought was the right play though I'm not sure Pep would have been too happy about.
So maybe Vinnie has decided he can't play as Pep wants him to. Hence why he was subbed at half time.
 
The news would be if nothing happened with him during the match. Anyway, this is his last season with us. Was good while it lasted but no way it's going to be tolerated in the future.
 
Can't even get through a game anymore. "Give him time. Don't rush him back" He's been injured for like 7 or 8 months now ffs get rid
