Delighted for Charles, he's a fantastic driver and completely controlled that race today. Red bull issues were very odd today, affected 3/4 cars with that engine

Feel gutted for Lewis, I'm not a fan of his but he was the better driver today and got screwed on a safety car and imo very questionable decision making

Crossed anyone elses mind that red bull might be using some dirty tricks? I am not a Hamilton fan but for Verstappen to not just take pole, but to be nearly 4 tenths clear of Lewis strikes me as a real anomaly, especially in a track many have expected Mercedes to dominate.

No not by my logic at all. Driver A would have a position of 21st and Driver B would start 24th, so it's perfectly logical driver A to have a higher starting position than Driver B

Hamilton will take 25 points today barring anything crazy. I still think verstappen will probably end up 2nd though

Yes they will base the penalty off the finishing position of the grid. If driver A finishes 6th and driver B finishes 9th and they both get 15 place penalties, A starts higher up in the 19th position and B would start 20th. It's not some grand conspiracy where the FIA are openly flouting their...
