Ex-Liverpool player and Whitegate resident Dean Saunders charged with dangerous drivi

FORMER Liverpool footballer and Whitegate resident Dean Saunders is to be charged with dangerous driving.

The 54-year-old had appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday, May 31, charged with two motoring offences.

Saunders, who scored 22 goals for Wales during an international career spanning 15 years, pleaded not guilty to failing to comply with a roadside breath test when stopped by police officers on May 10 in Boughton, Chester, and to failing to provide a breath sample for analysis later that day at the West Cheshire Custody Facility in Blacon.
The hearing was adjourned until Monday, June 3, for a case management hearing.

But Monday's case management hearing heard the Crown Prosecution Service has since reviewed the evidence and Saunders will now have to answer to an additional charge of dangerous driving in connection with the same incident.

As the charge of dangerous driving is an 'either-way' offence, that means Saunders – who was excused from attending the hearing before District Judge Nicholas Sanders – will have to return to court to provide a plea and say whether he wishes the case to be heard at Chester Magistrates Court or Chester Crown Court.

Saunders was rebailed unconditionally until his next court date.

Does the old saying "once a cnut always a cnut" spring to mind ??
Why have they used a picture of a slightly plump Antonio Banderas?

That's a lot of forums you post on. Where do you find the time?
Don't you have a job?
I’m guessing a Call Centre in Godalming, flogging mobiles to vulnerable punters, posting on football sites in between playing pontoon on his computer, probably has his name on his computer and calls himself a Sales Executive. Overweight, smoker, tattoos (just about to get his sixth star) to show he’s not really a wimp, drinks lager top and gets his breakfast from Macdonalds everyday. Drives a 10 year old Corsa usually with the windows down blasting out rap music just to show everyone he’s with it.

You have painted a picture that conjures up a person who would be far too cultured to have anything to do with LFC.

A mate of mine knows a guy who works at anfield and app there is a lot a panicking over mo Salah. They are saying they that klopp and salah are not even on speaking terms and are expecting a transfer request coming up in . Think it’s bollox but hope not .
Salah has been a little mardy **** all year, wouldn't surprise me if he bought his own hype after his first season.

To be honest I'd take great pleasure in them losing some of their better players

Wasn’t it 1977 when we finished second? It’s an even better achievement to win the thing three years running. The whole CL format needs a shake up as it can’t be right that you can lose a third of the games and still win the whole thing.
Yes it was 76/77 season when we missed the title by one point after Dave Watson's late own goal against Liverpool at Christmas. They went onwards and we went backwards from that point. Agree with you about the CL format but it is the most prestgious competition (not the hardest) to win.

The amount of people ive seen on social media i know who went to madrid, yet haven't stepped foot within 50 miles of anfield in the last 10 years is staggering. All now giving it the big one like they are great fans when in reality they watch all the games on telly and probably don't even know where anfield is. They are true to form they really are, exactly why the whole country dreaded them winning anything.
