My guess is, well through experience actually that a razor is a lot safer, less chance of your spare elbow skin getting chewed up in the electric trimmers.

I seriously can't understand anyone who doesn't do it. Specially in the summer. It's impossible to keep the area around the willy fresh. Actually, I had a tram ride once this summer as my car was broken and it was extremely hot, tram was packed and all kind of smells around.
