I am going for David Silva because he quite frankly is the best midfielder I have seen. Tonight he just rolled back the years with a vituoso performance.

De Bruyne at home vs Spurs in the 17/18 season when we won 4-1.

I genuinely think that’s the best individual performance of any City player I’ve ever seen.

I seriously doubt those going 80 years could pinpoint one better.

Silva was out due to his son and we were worried. De Bruyne played like 2 attacking midfielders that day.

Yeah he was like a Terminator then. He was also of the same ilk when we beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge that season despite only winning one nill due to a rocket from the man himself but he absolutely bossed it. It was like every other player was playing a nano second behind him.. he’s like Zidane in that sense.

Lots of great performances but Rodri gave a masterclass in midfield.

Rodri was immense best I've seen him in a City shirt. His reading of the game tonight was phononemial, Winning back possession so quickly.

Hats off to Gabby too, He's much more effective when we play at a tempo like we done tonight.
