I think I saw he got a RoI international POTY for his age group. Not sure if that was this year or last or if it even means much to be honest.

It would in their underage teams. The senior team is awful but the kids coming up - including City's Gavin Bazunu - are getting to be a very exciting outfit, it seems.

Why is it hard to keep the best of our academy players ?

We have the best academy/ facilities
Paid well
and we have the best manager in the world waiting to develop them.
