Omar Berrada to the rags | TLDR: They want to be us.

Happens all the time in industry. Head hunting agencies are engaged to hire the best, its part of the natural order of things in business.

City have a robust succession plan in place for the football side of the business and will also have one at executive level.

Those thinking he will turn round that mob from Trafford on his own are in cloud cuckoo land. He was part of an executive team and it was the team that have put us on the world stage, not an individual.

Hes never had the big CEO job, so liken him to an assistant coach, who's been given the opportunity to take on the head coach position at another club. Absolutely no guarantee of success and with the comfort blanket taken away, its a very big lonely furrow.

It's no biggie.

City just hire a better one.

Ferran will stay till he retires Tixiki rumoured to go when pep does but we don't really know
Rumour or assumption based on their previous relationship at Barca? We often talk about Pep staying because he won't get a better job anywhere else. Txiki won't get a better DoF job elsewhere either

We’ve lost several staff to our rivals over the last few years. It’s inevitable because we are such a well run club with an excellent board & executive team. But it hasn’t helped those teams to stop us from winning 5 major trophies this year - and sweeping up all the awards

Can we not get an edit on the title or something to stop the Twitter levels of idiocy about this potentially having something to do with the charges.its bad enough when thick as pig shit dippers and cockney rags start spouting it, I'd assume city fans were a bit more level headed and could see the very obvious flaws in those suggestions.

If we are found guilty of any of the actually genuinely serious charges, the entire upper management hierarchy are looking at very lengthy bans from football, If not permanent bans and prison sentences too. Leaving the club doesn't exclude you from that.

I don't believe this to be true at all, but, if there was any relevance to the charges in this move, I would say it would be a positive indication we won't see guilty verdicts rather than the opposite.

United aren't going to employ and hand over the reigns of the club to somebody that's got a heads up he's about to be doing time and coming out to a ban.
