I'll give them until Wednesday, and then pigmol will crack and issue an apology to the scruffy fuckers.
Imagine the scenes when both Rodri and Gonzalez are locking off the middle in big CL away games. Two physically imposing and mobile full-backs are making all the difference to this team.
So smart to have Doku playing tucked in because teams are struggling to get around us and also have to drop back because of our overloads in the middle.
Hard work always beats talent and if you have both, it is a lethal combination.
Gonzales and Bernie are so good together and the return of Rodri should see a double pivot which would mean Bernie, Cherki and Savinho, vying for the open slot on the right side.
NOR is some player. I still think he’ll end up at CM. Yaya vibes written all over him.Absolutely this .... so glad I've been proved wrong about Nunes, he's been sensational lately and young Nico could well be England's first choice LB next summer. The positions he finds himself in, in the opposition box are outrageous.
Fair enough to proper LFC fans, if they admit they well beaten ?
But, read the invited comments on the Guardian report this morning.
The vast majority think the goal should have stood.
Some even say Big Erl's header was a lucky deflection !
LFC have the most one-eyed fans, who can seldom if ever give praise to their opponents.
City must really get on their nerves, as they really believe they will win the league every season...
Not heard a word from the Neville brothers on this, to be fair. Are the rats still moaning about the disallowed goal? Good!
Yeah, it's giving Pep some fantastic tactical options: both can do thw wing back thang but also can step inside to midfield and both are now defending like "real" full backs. It's a helluva physical requirement from both, but they are big units and it helps massively that they are technically good being midfielders by trade.
Not sure we can list Ait Nouri and Rjeinders as our best players. Don’t think that really matters though as Stones and Rodri absolutely are. Peak stones and Rodri walk into any side. Rodri best in world. We just out played them yesterday in every aspect of the game and it was brilliant to watch. The thing that is getting overlooked is that HE HAS DONE IT WITHOUT SEVERAL OF OUR BEST PLAYERS!!!!!
I would never have dreamed even a couple of months ago that a City team without Stones, Rodri, Reinders and Alt Nouri would outplay Liverpool like that.

This . Liverpool were all over Connor Bradley last week after the Madrid game when he subdued Vinicius Jr . Old fashioned , fearless and hard tackling . Well, Doku schooled him completely while his defensive team mates looked on. Meanwhile our two makeshift midfielders turned full backs completely contained Salah and Wirtz on both wings . It's night and day ..I watched our full backs yesterday in wonderment. I knew Doku was capable of the performance he gave but the two full backs stepped up and they have been very good in recent games. But, you would have to go a long way to see both full backs in a team putting in such complete performances.
stop it now, I’m creamingNOR is some player. I still think he’ll end up at CM. Yaya vibes written all over him.
I for one don’t miss Rudolph.
Nico's on fire
Your defence is terrified.
