Watched Jurassic World Rebirth. Was not too bad as an easy watch story when you pay £2.99 to watch it. However, the ridiculousness was comedic. Dinosaurs were changing size from scene to cut scene. The crazy thing was that CGI has somehow managed to go backwards in 30 years?

It was very satisfying when the lad with the shit London accent (that makes my skin crawl) was killed and eaten early doors.

The Tyranasaurus scene with the rubber dinghy was also good.

That was about it.

Er, also in hindsight, the film tells the audience *checks notes* right at the beginning, I believe, that there are 'experimental' hybrid dinosaurs that were left behind on the island.

I was leaving that part out as that is the major plot point of the film that is portrayed in about 3 minutes. :D

Superman Returns, nearly 20 years old now and much better than this years offering, turned up the sound on this one and it had the house shaking. I like Routh as Superman and his nod to Reeves as Kent was great, even Spacey as Luthor was better than most offerings these days. The aircraft rescue was stand out, I’m hoping they do an upgrade to 4k and Atmos sound before my next watch. 7/10

I've just watched Little Miss Sunshine for the first time in about 15 years, and I forgot how incredible it is. I love how much depth they're able to get into the characters so quickly. Way different to so much of the overbloated stuff you get these days.
