16 | Rodri 2025/26

Good luck to him at Madrid next season.
That is what you are saying indirectly right?

I hope it doesn't happen, but it's a significant sign if there is truth in it.

If he doesn't sign by March/ April I think he is going and with him only having one year left after this season, I will be astonished if City allow him to run it down.

He will want his £400k a week anyway.

Maybe that's why Khaldoon and Soriano was on a beano to Madrid for the day, to sort out his transfer for next season.

Pep said about 10 days ago Rodri needs several weeks to come back. Toure said yesterday he is training very well.

Now I know you dislike Pep, but I couldn't care less.

On this occasion, I would be inclined to agree with Pep's estimate. Rodri will be a bit away from the required level of fitness after such a long layoff.

Bear in mind that players continue to train even when they have a broken leg. Training very well means in line with the programme set by coaches/physios.

If he's back before January it will be a big risk.
