Sorry, I completely disagree, he's a human being as well as a manager and his views are well known, it's not like he's advocating a war or something, he wants to highlight the ongoing slaughter being perpetrated by the Israeli government. I hope he continues.I agree with that. I am certain that Pep is not anti-semitic. I don’t know the full context of Pep’s Barcelona protest comments or when he said them and I don’t trust selective comments on social media. But I agree that our club has a very poor record in terms of comms bungles going back years. Pep represents the club and should not allow himself to become a political figure.
I agree with all that but the Daily Mail are clearly suggesting Pep is anti-semitic when he has always been clear that his primary concern is the suffering of children wherever they are. There is no doubt in my mind that the Mail and some other media outlets have behaved maliciously in the way they have distorted Pep's comments. All decent human beings deplore the slaughter of innocents (in any conflict) but there are evil extremist bad actors on both sides in the Middle East who manipulate the debate.People need to understand the context. As a Spaniard Pep will be well aware of the sentiment in Spain.
Many Spanish do believe that the atrocities in Gaza are Genocide. The swell of public feeling is clearwhen you spend as much time in Spain as I do. It is not anti semitic it is a belief that the Israeli government is a rogue organisation without a hint of human compassion.
My dog tore it to pieces, i've got him on rag watchWhy do you not wear a City cap instead.
It was funny when they made a fuss of the Palace player who hit the bar claiming it was a close chance but they went silent when the replay showed he was clearly well offside so any goal would have been ruled out. In fact City were superb defensively today with their offside trap cutting out the Palace counter attacks all game. And Palace walked straight into the trap. The Sky commentator today was ex-Radio City (Dipperland) Dan Mann - a fine example of the ignorant, hackneyed, sneering, City-hating, cartel cockroach species that infest our media.
Trying to smear Pep and our chairman, and our club as Anti Semitic.I agree with all that but the Daily Mail are clearly suggesting Pep is anti-semitic when he has always been clear that his primary concern is the suffering of children wherever they are. I'll never understand someone reading opinion in a rag owned by a billionaire who lives in Monaco and pays no tax here, despite being a Lord.Sorry I haven't seen the Mail.
The British media stinks, if they can manipulate a negative story about our club, or employees they will. Racism pure and simple.
The Mother in law gets that rag and I despair at its content.
This weekend it had a total of about 50 words on City.
Warnocks views on Gaza are typical dipper bollocks as well. I mean, comparing Wirst with one of England's finest midfielders? Really? ****.I agree mate, he comes across as smug, little media stooge who things that wearing "nerd-cool" glasses and saying things he's been told to say in a meeting 2 hours earlier somehow make him an intelligent and insightful addition to whatever programme he's on. It doesn't, it just makes him appear to be a bitter ex-dipper (even that's a bit of a stretch) who's unable to speak about City without shoe-horning in some infantile "115" related bullshit.
****!

Given their past, any article about football or politics is tainted.
Only my thoughts, of course.

Yes IIRC the verdict dropped and the scouse wanker said he still thought we were guilty.Anybody remember when the CAS finding dropped, with Warnock pronouncing to the world that City were guilty, only to be told off by the Sky News anchor that what he was saying was a load of bollox?
Stephen Wanker, more apt.
