Etihad Campus, Stadium and Collar Site Development Thread

Could anyone inform me of the acreage we have that is earmarked for development on the collar site ?
@asahartford1

The Collar Site at the Etihad Campus in East Manchester is an expansive development plot spanning roughly 12.2 hectares (approximately 30 acres) of land directly surrounding the stadium. [1, 2]
Located on the grounds of the former Bradford Colliery, the site is a major hub for Eastlands regeneration projects, including: [1, 2]
  • Co-op Live: A massive indoor entertainment and music arena with a capacity of 23,500 people, occupying a prominent portion of the campus. [1]
  • City Football Academy: An adjoining 80-acre development site housing Manchester City Football Club's training facilities and Connell Sixth Form College. [1]

Thanks.

What I really am interested in is how much land we have left to develop?

Do you think when the extension, the hotel, the co-op and the approval for the Abba entertainment building, these were all dominoes falling before the Etihad campus renewal to justify the reported value being double the previous deal?

No evidence of any ‘doubling’.
Real have £60m a year for front of shirt. Etihad deal was £400m originally and that was shirt AND campus..it was just a new academy and 47.5k stadium on the campus at the time
Now add the expansion, the co-op pull, hotel, new offices/museum, Entertainment venues.

Triple then?

It was £400m over 10 years for shirt, stadium and campus naming rights.

The whole APT thing was over Etihad deal wasn’t it, the PL knocked back our proposal, we challenged it got it ruled illegal then settled because they allowed Etihad deal through.
