That 5%, but it looks like PSG/Police etc are using the security situation to limit away fans allocation. Chelsea got 1400 which, from what I can gather, was 600 more than teams got in the group stages. I don't think they give any to visiting teams in league matches..

Get Paris back to ours 2-1 down and we should have enough to go on and win the tie outright at home. We need Kun on form and who knows if we have KDB back it will give us more options. I dont fear Paris so we could well be doing well.
