I'm just sick of Mancini playing 4-2-3-1. He's been using that stupid formation all along! 3 matches against Stoke, all using this formation. Even a stupid Manager would've figure out how to counter that formation. Not to mention after 3 matches!

If Buffon comes, Given's place as first team would probably be gone in a matter of time. City's defence have improved a lot and with Buffon's skill of goal keeping, it's perfect. Especially when we have a italian manager.

I don't think the squad is any weaker. Probably only the injuries which weaken us down but that didn't stop Mancini from winning. When Mark Hughes was in-charged, even with first team, he couldn't even win clubs like Hull and Stoke. To me, Mancini is definitely better than Mark Hughes.
