Are we getting more popular abroad?

In India, not so much. It's United and Chelsea who are huge, then maybe Liverpool, followed by Arsenal. The fans will come though, it's only a matter of time, a fair few United supporters may switch over if the blue half looks a better bet for glory in the next few years.

    Arsenal Thread 2013/14

Yes Chelsea and Liverpool were gut-wrenching and soul crushing. I think most of us have consigned those two events to a hazy, distant world of absurd and meaningless pain where nothing makes sense. Although some fans feel the game at the Etihad falls into the same category, I disagree. We were...

Sagna's outtie though, he hasn't extended his contract and really is not likely to. Vermaelen and Fabianski will almost certainly be playing their football elsewhere as well. That's three signings required just to replace player's we already have. If we go out and make three additional signings...

Why not? Because it would have made Mourinho happy. Not to mention it would also make John Terry. And to think of that club winning the most prestigious trophy in club football again would be just unbearable. So I'm glad the final will be a Madrid final, and I hope Real have their hearts broken...

    Arsenal Thread 2013/14

There's no question that the team as a whole capitulated in the matches at Anfield and Stamford Bridge, in the most embarassing fashion. But I'm looking at a stale 1-0 defeat at Stoke, an insipid 2-2 draw with Swansea where I think he could have made a big difference.

Which clubs do you hate the most?

There's no escaping that football is a tribal sport. As much as it can be sublime and transcendant, a good part of being a football fan is being small, petty, and hateful. So I'm curious about what everyone's top three most hated clubs are. Mine, in order: 1. Tottenham Hotspur 2. Manchester...

Ah, thanks for shedding some light. Although they weren't entirely successful were they? You guys had to finish the job.

-- Tue Apr 29, 2014 10:07 pm --

Now that is really interesting. Amongst Arsenal fans, Chelsea fans are generally considered the lowest level of gobby...
