    Cristiano Ronaldo part 2.

I don't believe a word of it. It was twitter bollocks with Thiago and we know how that turned out. More likely Mendes is using us to get Ronaldo a better deal. However he might want to know why some of this 94 million Tottenham bound isn't being spent on his clients new contract.

    Fellaini and Baines

Fellaini would be a handy addition to our squad, but Baines isn't needed. Unless Moyes doesn't fancy Evra, but he's such a big part of the club off the pitch I don't think it would be wise to get rid.

Still think Arsenal are a long way off challenging. They certainly have a good foundation. Clearing out the deadwood and showing a supposed intention in the transfer market again is a promising sign and we all know what Wenger can do. I thought Cesar was an inevitability to be honest but that's...

Who else would you guys like to see coming in the door at City then? Or are you happy with the new arrivals and just ready to get underway?

Italians and the Aguero moment was fixed..

Not a chance. The people who are behind this are the same twats behind the 'Ferguson bribes the FA' theories.

    Your World XI

Of course I was although I'm surprised you picked up on those two and not Nani or Welbeck :)

I really hope we are working on other targets while this carries on. If this does lead down a dead end like it looks it will and we end up with no one or a panic buy i'll be more than annoyed.

    Fabregas

I know, and I said I've never come across it. The only thing close to it I've seen was a City fan sign up and start complementing United like mad. He was called Kolo Kolo or something.

    Fabregas

Not pretending no, but I've seen a few City fans on Redcafe. Some of them ok, some like to wum like hell. No different to any other clubs fans really, they can be found everywhere.

    Fabregas

Who knows what goes on behind closed doors though? This very public to and fro between the clubs is one thing but I can't imagine we'd be daft enough to persist without some indication in private that a deal could be reached. If anything to save face in case Fabregas stays.

    Fabregas

Say they sell him, that leaves Busquets, Song and Xavi. Don't really want to include Iniesta as he's not a CM. I suppose they could move Mascherano back there but they are in the market for a CB as it is. It would have to be one hell of an offer.<br /><br />-- Tue Jul 23, 2013 8:14 pm --<br...

    Fabregas

Seems to be that way, It's just that there's no way of knowing whether they do genuinely want us to bugger off or are just playing hard to get. Every club has their price. Remember Sir Alex saying he wouldn't sell Madrid a virus, 12 months before sanctioning Ronaldo's transfer?

We're not going to agree, let's just leave it there. :)

:D Cheers Back on topic, Cesc is apparently considering his future. <a class="postlink" href="http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11667/8837093/cesc-fabregas-considering-barcelona-future-after-manchester-united-bid-say-sky-sources" onclick="window.open(this.href);return...

    Fabregas

I never slated Kuyt, I knew he played as a winger with a high workrate, whereas some people who just love to hate scousers would rather be blind to what they see and hate nonetheless. Basically Welbeck is doing this until he develops fully.<br /><br />-- Tue Jul 23, 2013 7:39 pm --<br /><br...

    Fabregas

I don't think he is shit, he contributes to the team but as I said, if he wants to carry on playing for us as a striker he needs to score goals. Otherwise I can see him either making substitute appearances on the wing or moving on altogether.<br /><br />-- Tue Jul 23, 2013 7:31 pm --<br /><br />...
