Was curious how much you can actually buy one for on Ebay and there are literally dozens of these things which have sold for under $20. Older model smartphones (which will work for the purposes of scanning a ticket even without a sim) are dirt cheap these days.
I've never heard of "ticketnews.com" but that appears to refer to the first week it was in use. Speaking from my own experience, many times, it's completely fine and not a big deal.
At the risk of opening a can of worms, we've been using phones to get into concerts and events for years here and its 1000% non-controversial (and much easier) from what I can tell. How is this possibly a big deal?
Ok, I will admit that I raised an eyebrow at this even though it would seem very harsh to take Gabby's number away and give it to the guy who is replacing him while he trains for Spurs. Probably just forgot his top or whatever.
