I believe he can. Given Ake's age (30 in February) and brittleness, I would think long and hard about Doyle replacing him in the squad next summer. Doyle can provide coverage at LCB/LB that Ake has done so well for us.

Double pivot with 2 of Kova/Gundo/Bernie. I'd also experiment with Phil there in some scenarios to see if it's viable to add more dynamism to the buildup. Against lower teams in cup games, Jacob Wright could give decent mins. I like Nunes' transitional game but prefer him a bit further forward.
