    North Stand Construction Discussion

We sit in the family stand second tier below one of the screens, looking at the drawing seems like we’re being left alone - unless they convert it to more hospitality. Though suspect the family stand is being moved en masse anyway

Match Thread | RB Leipzig vs Man City (22/02/23)

I’m working so not seen much, have the subs been seen? Are we sure they didn’t miss the bus?

    RB Leipzig (A) - Wed 22nd Feb, 20:00 | Pre-Match Thread

In my 40 years of support I’ve never gone into a game thinking we’d win - so my draw prediction must mean i’m overly optimistic this week. I don’t think Leipzig will shut up shop, Erling has probably bullied this lot before and despite all the moaning we’re not conceding too many chances

PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I wonder if any of the charges are about playing Jo when he was cup tied

Televised City games before creation of PL

Have a vague memory of Southampton fans being housed between the main stand and north stand that game as they expected so few to travel on a Sunday

    The Positives

Positives were the poutine I made for dinner - and I had an extra haggis from Burns Night in the fridge which amazingly works really well with it. Also positive that tickets didn’t come down to my loyalty points so haven’t had to watch that in person

Questions you'd like to ask City players (but might not get an honest answer to.)

To Nigel Clough - you once promised me in the Platt Lane car park that you’d score first next game. Where can I write to and get my pound I then put on it back?

Best PL away ground for CITY fans ?

Personally Newcastle away is the highlight of my season - and Sunderland when we’ve shared a division - as it cuts 6 hours off my journey times in the day compared to a home game. Anything on the western side of the U.K. is a proper faff from this part of the world, so any ground in London is...

    Seat Counters - 2022/23

I love the ticket exchange, but it does get tiring getting hysterical scousers (or, to be honest, Irish and West Country folk) screeching that they’ve been on our website and there’s tickets unsold in 90% of the ground. When if you counted them, there’s about 82 single seats that will have...

    Scottish Football Thread - 2022/23

We had Auchinleck Talbot come here to Preston Athletic in the Scottish cup last season and they were proper bellends, the fans we came across at least. Lobbing bottles, kicking in bus stops, trying to kick off with pensioners, it was like the old firm had come to town

Match Thread | Man City vs Spurs (19/01/23)

I’m not sure how some think having Haaland in the team makes Ederson and Rodri play like teletubbies

Manchester City 2nd Deloitte Football Money League for 2022/23 (pg16)

    United Thread - 2022/23

For United’s moral police that have been so vocal about club ownership they may want to think about climate change being linked to 5 million deaths a year and Ineos’ own position as one of the world’s largest producer of harmful emissions and plastics

    Seat Counters - 2022/23

It’s ironic that kids tickets are cheaper to those with more disposable income. I have three kids season tickets between my four kids - and they represent fantastic value. To the extent that they barely need used for half the games to still be good value (they are used by the way, I make sure...
