If you take the view that Pogba is being lined up as the replacement for Lampard from yesterday's starting XI (and Sterling for Milner), it makes sense to keep Yaya. We would still need at least one more HG player brought in but that could be Lopes for Jovetic or Rose/Cresswell for Kolarov etc...

In all seriousness, congratulations Manuel. 2 top 2 finishes in 2 seasons at the club in a league with which you were unfamiliar, spending restrictions and a very difficult early fixture list this year which allowed rivals to make a better start. You deserve a lot more credit than you are given...
