    Media thread 2022/23

Yeah, I thought their crowd was really quiet even at 2-1. Not the lion's den the pundits made it out to be. At 2-2 it clearly was very noisy, but that was only the last 10 minutes.

    The Title Race 2022/23

Yep. And at least another plus one for the other game in hand we win too. So we'd have to relinquish a minimum GD advantage of +8, and a goals scored advantage too.

    The Title Race 2022/23

Over 38 games, the best team always wins the league. Leicester were the best team in 2016. Their system was more effective than anyone else's. I don't mean style. But scoring more goals than other teams most often and/or losing the fewest games.

The finest premier league team ever, the finest championship team ever, greatest FA cup team ever

He tries to ingratiate himself with the reds at every opportunity now because a lot of them can't stand him due to his celebrations in the last Maine Road derby.

    “Follow you everywhere” chant

Erling 100% 'awooo'd' on the bench! 73.19. Debate over!

Has the BBC become a Tory tool?

All true. Just thankful they probably won't have time to sell it off before they are booted from office next year.

    Kyle Walker newspaper story

Wonder if Kyle's excuse to his missus will be as flimsy as Big Wout's to the United fans. "I was trying to put Van Dijk off..."

    North Stand Construction Discussion

I don't get the transport thing, unless yiu have mobility problems. Only a 20 I used to get the 'Match Special' bus from Stockport. And the driver used to give me the window poster for my wall. My dad always asked for me. Cheap way of wallpapering my room, I suppose.

    BBC world service memories

Not the World Service...but in a similar vein I remember waiting in the car to board a ferry home from a family holiday in France and my dad managing to tune into (the recently launched) 5 Live. Was the start of the 94/95 season and we beat Everton at home 4-0 with Walsh, Rosler, Beagrie, et...

    “Follow you everywhere” chant

Like the old days when we'd sing "oh when the blues..." for 15-20 mins at a time.

    City pubs for Forest

It was always the Larwood but, like others have said, seems to be home only now. Shame - was my local for a few years, always a great boozer. If you want to be in Bridgford rather than the city centre you're best going to The Stratford Haven. Not massive though, so get in early ish. Also...

When was our last boring season?

The club NEVER get the after match presentations right. Instead of doing the presentation first they arse around for 10-20 minutes, by which time half the fans have sloped off. Zaba, Ferna, Sergio, etc. They never learn.

    Pep’s Spurs (H) Post-Match Interview

I've got almost no rhythm at all...but for Pep and his new army of ultras, I'll give it my all.

    Rubbish Chants

Any chant (that isn't racist, homophobic, etc) > no chant. Even the super shit ones like "Do you believe in Pantillimon..."

They played for City and United

He nearly got a late winner at OT in the away fixture too. Great save by Van Der Saar (their best goalie in my lifetime, IMO).

Fans on the pitch at Bradford 1989 pictures

Tyler had a proper soft spot for us back then. Did quite a lot of City games in late 80s.

    Pep Guardiola - 2022/23

Would we have got to the final taking on board the majority view of fans? No chance. For every 1 thing he gets wrong he gets 20 things right. He's not beyond criticism. But the idea that fans (overall) have a better sense of what the team and squad needs than Pep (both in game and holistically)...
