City Women - Champions and Continental Cup Winners 2016.

The Club are holding open trials June 17 and 19 for the Women's development squad. More information and application form on the OS here: http://www.mcfc.co.uk/News/MCWFC-news/2014/May/Development-Squad-trials? I was wondering when the club would get around to this. Good for women's football and...

    James Rodríguez

I know that any rumor predicated on Sergio leaving is rubbish, but here's a scouting report for this lad (found here https://cricket.yahoo.com/news/scout-report-james-rodriguez-032054489.html:

Here's the table for those interested http://www.fawsl.com/stats.html (NB: if BBCode was fully supported I'd have put the actual table up as opposed to just the link, but since it's not ....)

Yaya Toure - commits future to City (page 855)

Re: Yaya Toure I think you've got that wrong Sky Blue. Of the few of us were called out as rags last night, not one of us would have disagreed with what EaglesFan has said above. The rag shaming was just the usual bully boys trying to shut up the few dissenting voices.

    U17 Euro championship

I couldn't agree more. In fact, this game played out very much like our performance against Everton in the U-18 Championship, where Everton were all physical and playing behind the ball and se were stymied trying to break them down.

Found a brief interview with our Women's Captain Steph in advance of the WSL game against Arsenal Women this Sunday. Worth a read imo: http://www.shekicks.net/flog/blogs/post/994?

It sounds like it may be this, NBC's 36 Manchester City http://www.dailymotion.com/video/k64T5nGw5RfBmh6j5h2?, retitled for ITV. A very good look inside our glorious club.

    Melbourne City FC Thread

Re: Melbourne Heart FC Thread With better finishing in the 2nd half, Melbourne could have had a cricket score. This is the first match of theirs I've watched so I couldn't say what they played like before, but it's plain to see that they are playing "the city way", splitting the centre backs...

    Summer Transfer Window

The Daily Fail seem to think that we might be in for Swansea's Ben Davies. I think he's probably a good prospect as he's strong technically, a good crosser of the ball, athletic and pacy, and most importantly … British.
