I’ve done Heston’s The Fat Duck down in Bray which was a phenomenal experience. Me and the Mrs were blown away by every moment there. The Black Swan (Tommy Banks) in Yorkshire which is a 1 star is our favourite though. The setting, food and atmosphere are all superb.

Just back from 10 nights in Murcia, Spain. Stayed at a Villa on La Torre Golf Resort and loved every minute. Murcia is an incredible place, a great marriage of historic and modern Spain in one place. La Concha beach front, Murcia Cathedral and La Plaza De Las Flores were the highlights.
