Presume rate is fixed for accomodation based on booking, although depends if paying in £ or rand. If you're worried about a weakening £, why not do some of the exchange now - could do all of it, or say half to mitigate the exchange rate risk. If you can do it commission free, could even do 1/4...

Bournemouth (H) | PL | Post Match Thread

Annoyed Dias as well. He gave him a rollicking at a corner when he first did it. Presume he misunderstood the hand signals though, as he did the same pretty much every other time...

Kovacic was injured, not sure how fit Khusanov is as he returns. Not sure where Bobb was but has done nothing to deserve a place

Players from the past that you think would have thrived under Pep

    Paul Lake (without the injuries)

Left back and right back, would have also meant Scholes didn't have to play left wing. He'd have been centre half. Not sure what he'd have done about Heskey though, there's a limit to genius

Huntingdon Train Incident - Reports of multiple stabbings

Fair point. They'll be buying great British football clubs next. Assume you'll be protesting about Muslims as the match today, or are you a hypocrite as well as a racist?

    Aren't wrong about what?

    Piccadilly Gardens

Forgot about Rotters. Everyone being kicked out at the same time created some 'unusual' meetings and the occasional opportunity for a bit of rough and tumble.

Looks like 2am every Saturday as Jilly's and The Ritz emptied. Just that nobody had a cine camera with them

Is train travel in the UK expensive? Or am I missing something? Serious question

Know someone going to Poland who was looking to get from Warsaw to Krakow. It's about a 2.5hr journey and you can get return tickets from less than £2. A single tram in Manchester is more than that. And whilst their wages are lower, these days it's not by much for equivalent roles

Are you suggesting that as if it's something derogatory?

    Coffee Machines at home

Can you tell the difference between fresh beans and supermarket ones? Since Christmas, I've gone from ground coffee to supermarket beans this year. Whilst hand grinding the beans adds to the whole display (compared to instant!), I'm not sure I can really tell the difference to the ground coffee...

Once again, we struggle against any team that runs about a bit.

    Coffee Machines at home

Depends the sort of thing you want to drink, the amount of effort you want versus just pushing a button and your budget. I'm currently using a pour over with a separate milk frother but am thinking of going to a different machine, just no idea which type yet. Enjoy the rabbit hole...

Haaland's YouTube Channel: Day in the Life of a Pro Footballer

Haven't watched it yet, but the one I recall is from not long after he joined. During the warm up on the pitch, the players were all throwing their bibs at the old kitman or putting them over his head - they obviously knew him well and we're taking the Mick a bit. Haaland walked up and handed...

The Shuttle is very well done, both from the way it's revealed and the way it's hung that makes you feel like you can touch it, but can never quite reach. The capsules for all the rockets are tiny, the early orbiters are like bring in the front seats of a small car for several days. Even Saturn...

The 747/Shuttle flew to England, including over Manchester. Remember seeing it from the playground, although can't recall if we were allowed out to watch it or were just lucky it coincided with dinnertime.

Been twice, although about 10 years ago. If you're into anything space related, it's brilliant. The Saturn 5 is mind blowing, especially the way you enter the hall.
