Lescott was great considering he has barely been with the team and has struggled training. He was great in the air and very strong. He had a few bad passes but that is down to not knowing how the others like it and where they like it.

Seems people are moaning about Robinho claiming he isn't playing well enough when it is complete crap. Seems some don't realise there is more to football than just scoring.

I know talent wise purely guys like Messi, Ronaldo, Kaka are better but the way he scores goals, creates, tackles, defends, beats off defenders, tracks back I don't think many are better as all-round footballers. Anybody agree?

Obviously in your mind scoring loads of goals is the only way you can be consistant. Robbie does everything else well to help the team. The goals will come.

Carling cup is more likely as you know teams like rags, Chelsea will be up for that. Gunners will play young guys again.
