I think we should be loaning him to a PL club to help get him more experience in the league. He's obviously out if sorts at the minute, but I don't think he's a lost cause and has the potential of being a quality player.

Does not have the same technical brilliance as others but is still vastly underrated in this area, and good technique has got us nowhere recently. We need better work-rate and battle in the midfield and he gives us exactly that. Should play a lot more minutes for us IMO.
