So it seems there was something in what @93.20blue was saying. This says city declined to enter talks, yet it got as far as psg asking for Bernardo. Seems like some talks happened.

@93.20blue is one of the best to post news on this forum, if he/she said it, then I generally think he/she said it on good authority. He/she is probably, pound for pound better then most “itk” twitter journalists. I hope it doesn’t put him/her off from reposting news, as I feel it’s all passed...
