    I wouldn’t trust what the media are saying, they’ve been trying to sell Bruno and Isak on since January. I believe both will be at Newcastle next season. As far as FFP goes we’re sailing close to the limit but don’t think we’ve went over. My guess is as good as all the media guesstimates...

    Seen them a few times over the years, first time was DSOTM Tour 1974 at the Odeon in November. Went both nights. I also saw them at Maine Road 1988 MLOR tour, last time was Rotterdam Feynoord Stadium on the Division Bell Tour. This thread has went way of topic and I apologise to other posters.

    A lot of people from the wearside area moved up into south Northumberland working in the mines so yes you do find pockets of Sunderland supporters still….family loyalties eh!

    agreed but both on the west side of the country and the weather mostly comes inoff the Atlantic. Mind you in the winter if it comes from the east it can get bloody cold in Newcastle but that’s not that regularly.
