I've just had a big pile of chips with peas and gravy and I'm 10 minutes walk from work.

We have passed the half way point of the working week - only 2 and a bit days to go until our 63 hours of freedom. Together we can do it!!

I took early retirement and its hard now to imagine how you feel when you wrote that post

Ive forgotten what full time work is like already

Me too in terms of forgetting what work is like

I don't hate it - just a bit restricting. I am focussed very much on my retirement plan. I don't intend to be working a formal day past 50 done 20 years of long hours in construction and developing and don't want to do another 20.

(12 years away for me) My mortgage is finished in 7 years, kids will be getting older in 12 years and I should have enough to give me a decent enough pension pot and keep fit and travel! Here's hoping!

Probably be on marriage number 6 and living in a cardboard box in 12 years but we will see.

How can I sell if 90% of my calls need transferring to the correct department??

I'm making a great switchboard operator.

No luck today then?
Fuck all. Bonuses look ok compared to last job, already beat my best month in previous role as long as call quality checks are ok.
