“City in crisis”

Absolutely the worst it's been under Pep. Until we get to this level, I'm not panicking.

After that 2-0 game at Spurs, I genuinely thought we'd be better off if Pep left and we installed some new blood and fresh ideas. He was in the last year of his contract, we'd finished miles off Liverpool the previous season, we couldn't score goals or create chances, we got hammered by Leicester at home and then Spurs picked us off in the most predictable game possible. It all looked to be coming to a sad end. And then we did this.

We might need to wait until the Brighton game's out of the way first, but Pep has solved problems and changed this team's system more times than Soft Mick. He will solve the problem again. It'll start when we actually get some fucking players back. Rodri and Bobb being out for most of, if not all of, the season was bad enough but to lose Walker, Dias, Stones, Savinho, Doku, Grealish, and De Bruyne at the same time is ludicrous. Throw in the fact that Akanji's playing with a muscle strain and we're having to throw that Simpson-Pusey lad into defence and this shite run makes total sense.

It might get worse before it gets better but it will get better.

This situation had to come at some point. It's such a strange feeling for us City fans after barely losing for so many years. Defensively we are clearly struggling and this has been magnified with so many injuries. But one thing which is also worrying me relates to the lack of physicality and age of our midfield players. Kovacic, Bernardo and Gundogan unfortunately cannot compete speedwise and, sadly, KDB is getting on now. I think this area of the team needs to be closely looked at in the coming months.

Our rivals are loving it and can't quite believe that the mighty City are finally losing games...we don't give a damn about them. We have a challenge on now to turn things around...so come on blues and get behind the team more and more in the coming weeks. This is exactly the time when fans have to show what they're really made of.

Half time I couldn’t see anything but a comfortable win, whatever he said at half time needs bottling and burying in a 10ft deep crypt

Call anyone a rag/dipper /tarquin or barcode or pussy or JCL or whatever ,if you bury your head and think that things are ok and we will win the next few matches in the style we have been doing in the last few years then live in that world

Love to be proven wrong but nunes is a moments type of player.odd good cross but otherwise a liability and moody and that pen tonight was icing on the cake for me. He flatters to deceive and I wish somebody would hide his chewing gum . Too soft and not sure where he fits in.
Sorry didn't mean to like.
I thought all 3 penalties were soft, not that it matters to you or the rag media

Let the flappers and fannies have their fun tonight.

Those of us able to see things in context and apply a sense of perspective to events will keep our counsel and wait for the tide to turn as it undoubtedly will.
What is your analysis then?

I have been supporting City for 70 years. Don't give me all this spoilt, entitled 'when we were shit' balony.
As long as we are 3 points and better goal difference ahead of the scum I am content. I am delighted and amazed when we win doubles and trebles but to see the dominance pissed away is not to my liking.
