“City Matters” fan committee

Not a very sensible thought though. Our 'rep' was elected (in large part by contributors on this forum) for 2 years and seems to be enjoying his time in spotlight so much that he hasn't the decency or integrity to resign. So even if I was small minded enough to want to be a rep I'd have to wait 12 months.

Here's another thought; the guy who was on this forum asking for our votes, and gushing about everything he was going to do for us, could stop being a mard arse and let us know what changes (if any) there will be to the points system for the coming season.

I suppose we'll know when the Community Shield tickets go on sale.

Or you could just ask him yourself if you're that interested, like any reasonable person would do.

So Email him, not sure how you know how he was elected, I didn’t vote for him or go to the rain bar on Saturday and ask him face to face.

I think Colin’s got plenty of followers on twitter so I’m not sure how dependant or not he was on Bluemoon. He has to stuck up for our Club on FFP and argues against season ticket price increases.

Loads of us love going to away games but quite a few posters behaved like addicts whose fix was being taken away. All for the same of a small quantity of away tickets they were being prioritised for younger fans and trying to guarantee that a plane full of Blues would fly to less glamorous Champs League away ties.

You don’t half spout some bullshit at times. Why don’t you just read it back to yourself before posting as anyone with half a brain can look up previous posts and see the obvious twisted lies you peddle.

The ID system he was pushing for was the big problem, making it impossible to make most night matches without a day off work. It would free up tickets for those further down the tree which suited his own circumstances, as he had been wanting it like that long before he was a rep.

It is the 2006 regulars to half full away sections who were rightly aggrieved. Rather then take anything on board he called people who did not agree "gob-shites" several times, but most can see this is the thin end of the wedge of getting rid of a loyalty system.

This end of points messages was supposed to be coming out of the "inner circle" meetings 3/4 years ago.

Just a table for 4 then :)
Totally agree with this, don't need no moaning sods....but You just know the table will be wobbly, and there'll be no ashtray, and the waiter will be shite, and the fish dish I like will be off that day, and ohhh, the bill... massive!!! I'm not tipping for that kind of service !!

Because he was getting all sorts of unwanted crap

It's a thankless task representing such a large and diverse section of the support base. I am sure PB is doing the best he can but when there are so many contrasting views on the way forward with issues such as away tickets, there are always going to be significant numbers of fans unhappy with whatever proposals are put forward. No rep is ever going to be able to please everybody. Maybe little will be achieved by the City Matters Forum but I think some representation is always better than no representation.

Difficult to reach that conclusion when we don't know what's going on.
