You can contact the individual reps or read the minutes. Nowhere was it ever said City Matters were going to be using bluemoon as the place to communicate the issues and decisions.Difficult to reach that conclusion when we don't know what's going on.

And funnily enough, the only rep that seems to be getting stick is pretty much the only one that tried communicating info on here.

I judged him entirely on his inept performance in this forum in his role as seasoncard rep.

The web site contains minutes from the 8th May 2019 meeting but makes no mention of any changes to the ticket points system, specifically whether points going to be awarded for away games this coming season. We'll soon know, it can only be a matter of days before West Ham goes on sale now.
would it be possible to have a recap on the new loyalty points changes and an explanation as to why they were made . Very few of my mates ( 20K-26K points ) really understand it and with each passing new away ticket release, more and more questions pop up - don’t make me read through 143 pages of the away ticket thread please
