But you DO have access to them. Just look on the City Matters website, find their email address & email them! Nowhere in their remit did it say that they had to communicate with us on fans forums, even this one which is undoubtedly the largest. So why should they?

I emailed them, all 4 that represent me! (Over 65, female, Season card holder, OSC member) I got a reply, so try it instead of stating you no longer have access. :-) :-)

I’m not sure he does away matches are you ? I can’t recall the last time I saw him at one.

Whilst everyone else has taken a hit in some form or other (less tickets available , ticket pick ups, losing points for away games ) His muckers in branch have maintained there privilege.. maybe not benefiting personally but they owe him a good drink considering his remit is to get a good deal for those he has failed to represent ..
I’d prefer the club to poll the fans directly on opinion and changes, then to leave it to theses supporters club members to make decisions for us regular fans . It’s very open for them to abuse it for there own gains. I’d never even heared of city matters before this thread so my opinion has never been polled where if the club sent a email out asking what I think which they do often my view may get a airing. I’m guessing I’m amongst thousands that CM have spoken on behalf off without asking the opinion off .

All fair comments I’ve never been in an SC so not sure of their workings but I tend to assume the worst.

The club sent e-mails asking you to vote for the various candidates in each category. Polling fans will give you lots of different answers and the club would only poll on their own plans .C.M can bring forward suggestions the club hadn't considered. Whether the club act on them and how is down to the club, it always was and always will be.
