“City Matters” fan committee

I didn’t even realise they weren’t there until a few days ago. I think there’s an issue with something that was discussed where the club and some of the committee had a different view on what was actually agreed. We’ve got a committee meeting this week so will hopefully sort it out.

But if we haven’t seen the minutes how can we pass on queries about topics you discussed? Plus surely the committee members or at least the Chair should have been aware that they weren’t there & reported back to the plebs a reason why?

This is different to relocation, which I agree doesn’t work that well. So I could say I want to swap my 2 seats in 109 for 2 in Colin Bell Level 1 and someone in CB1 could say they’ll swap with me. Under the relocation process currently I could only relocate if there were available seats in CB1 and the other party could only do it if there were free seats in 109. This way it’s a direct swap.

I was refering to a direct swap, they needed a tecky to do it, the system was no capable it seems. It must not be a usual request, as it needed to be offline.

This. I have wanted to go to a few matches this season but getting me, the Mrs, and 2 lads seats together has been near impossible.
Putting all matchday tickets on sale at the start of the season is one of the most stupid ticketing decisions the club has ever made, and that's saying something given their dubious track record in this area!

It's led directly to the problem you're facing and has been a godsend for the touts. They need to get back to putting them on sale a few weeks before the game.

It has its pros, but on balance probably more cons. I can get my tickets in the summer then sort out travel an hotels nearer the time but early enough toget decent prices. Its not responsible for the seats together problem though , when they go on sale in July they are already scattered and not many together except at the very back of level 3 on the sides.

They won’t do that as it’s common sense.

Regarding not getting seats together for friends or family .have a designated section of a few hundred match day seats where non season ticket holders can buy together .The club should look into why on majority of games there are loads of empty seats together They cant all be no show st holders.

Yes. I think the club are looking at this but it will probably all hinge on the North Stand redevelopment.

No problem getting 4 tiks for cup games mate
Yup and, in the main, they are the only ones we have been able to get to. To be honest though we shouldn't just be restricted to cup games because the season ticket holders can't be arsed to go.
