“City Matters” fan committee

Wasn't the last meeting in January? It's now March 4th and no minutes have been released.

When is the next meeting? Surely the whole point of them is to garner feedback. Yet they are limiting time to gain that feedback by not publishing minutes

Then why does it say in the summary of the December meeting that the minutes will be sent to the Chair Adam Pardue 2 days after the meeting, sent to the group 2 days after that and then on to .com city matters website 2 days later? Therefore the Friday after the meeting?

Just curious. Any member of City Matters group got an answer?

Unfortunately it’s what I expected , at the end of the day the club will do what it wants .
Of course it will, doesnt mean the forum is a bad thing though views get expressed listened to and hopefully considered, but in the end those running the club will decide what happens.

What was debated should be reported accurately in the minutes something it seems the club don’t want to do if the statement made by sweenyuk is anything to go by.

The minutes do seem late being put up but they are on the website, though the last ones on there seem to be Decembers. These are early days though so hopefully getting the minutes up quicker can be sorted. Just think it’s far to early to be making judgements on progress and effectiveness. We should be more patient and think the members need to be too, at least wait and see whats implemented for next season.
