Was thinking today actually, Bilbao have had a truly awful season and aren't the football hipster team of choice anymore, but are full of talented individuals... wonder if we might spring a surprise and go for one of them like Muniain (really gone off the boil but enormous talent still), De Marcos, or Herrera. Players who were mentioned last summer but never are now.

I think you could be on to something here, muniain is a quality young player got goals,trickery and pace! Cheaper than jovetic and under the radar signing.

This - he would be a risk though - he's having a terrible season in comparison to last season! Still I'd imagine Txiki and Soriano to be weighing up moves for these 'under the radar' players.

I think Benat is possible - would be cheap too, only one year left on his contract after this season. Transfermarkt state he is worth around £8.8 million, normally I'd say 'no chance - he's worth way more' but because he has one season remaining on his contract + the state of Spanish football, I think £8 million isn't TOO far away from the full picture in terms of price.

That would be nice but do you think one of Falcao/Jovetic would be happy in a rotational role? Perhaps Tevez, Aguero, Guidetti, Falcao/Jovetic. Tevez would be much more willing to rotate and can play in more of an AM role.
