Was thinking today actually, Bilbao have had a truly awful season and aren't the football hipster team of choice anymore, but are full of talented individuals... wonder if we might spring a surprise and go for one of them like .. De Marcos...

Was thinking today actually, Bilbao have had a truly awful season and aren't the football hipster team of choice anymore, but are full of talented individuals... wonder if we might spring a surprise and go for one of them like Muniain (really gone off the boil but enormous talent still), De Marcos, or Herrera. Players who were mentioned last summer but never are now.

Last season Bilbao was flavour of the month. Everyone was talking about them. I recall, on this Forum, Ander Herrera received a lot of praise. Similarly Muniain was very highly regarded. Both of these players seem to have fallen out of favour this season. Nevertheless it wouldn't surprise me greatly if one of these two turned up in a City shirt.
