Mate - I'll never forget it, hence my location. I'd just moved to East Yorkshire and went on a supporters bus to Sheffield. One of the club knew a high ranking copper in West Yorkshire Police and got us into a police working men's club - cheap beer and free food. I was lightly tanked up watching the Ali show but by the time I got home that night, I was full on pissed and annoyed her indoors with my constant chanting "ALI! ALI! ALI!".

GB was brilliant in that 11/12 title run in . Did so much unselfish defensive work it was unreal.

We hammered Barnsley at home around April if I remember correctly and Ali was brilliant. I’ve said about Berkovic in the game against Burnley at home around Christmas time, they were up at the top but we trounced them an Eyal was 10/10 and scored a beautiful goal too.

Nicky Weaver against Ipswich at Maine Road (pretty sure it was the 99/00 season) would run it close. The bloke was unbelievable that night. Hart would probably edge it, though, given the level of competition we were playing in was so much higher

Anyone who saw Berbatov for spurs at Maine Road, fa cup quarter final ....will agree it was a 10/10 performance.
His class,ball control,vision and the way he ghosted into space was amazing. A very impressive performance
We lost,2 nil think...DB was unplayable that night.

Was going to say that one , best performance I have ever seen from an away player , at times had 4 players around him who couldn't get near him.
