10/11 expectations

My expectations for the club for 2010-11 are:

1. To get the right balance in the team. With bigger and quicker full backs, an attacking/creative midfielder to play in midfield with De Jong (and Barry in some games), and a top shit striker to partner Tevez.

2. To get rid of the many poor and average players in our squad.

3. To win a trophy.

4. To finish 3rd.


My expectations from the fans for 2010-11 are:

1. To put an end to the constant negative feel to everything City.

2. To be more noisy in the games against the bottom 14.

Win the league - that should always be our goal.

We shouldn't just settle for top four, we should be more ambitious and develop our winning mentality.

1. Top 3 Finish - automatic CL qualification. - No debate
2. Strengthen squad with 4 new TOP players - proven striker to replace crocky, Box to box attacking midfielder and 2 new Fullbacks
3. "Some" Silverware - anything - CC, FA, Europa, I don't care which.
4. Do not lose to the Rags
5. Finish ahead of the Rags
6. Keep Mancini
7. Clear out the deadwood (Petrov, Crocky etc) and give the likes of Hart, Weiss, Cunningham opportunuities in selected games
8. Clear out any destructive influences, bad apples (Robinho?)

Some of these are more like hopes than expectations!
