If things like this didn't happen there'd be no bloody point watching football. Or even playing it.

But still, losing a 2-0 lead to any team is a fuck up.

Or a great comeback. It depends on your perspective. But it's still just football.

It's a fuck up plain and simple.

Not defending a 2-0 brilliantly obtained in the first half lead, in the second match of the Festive period, against a newly promoted side currently second from bottom, and not forgetting no strikers, no star defender and star defensive midfielder is: one hell of mighty fuck up!

Still depends on perspective though. How many of us thought "what a fuck up" after that comeback against Spurs in the Cup? We just thought it was brilliant. And it's still just football, it happens.

Aye it was brillaint to beat Spurs, and it were brilliant for Burnley. But as for Spurs in that match they fucked up against 10 men in second half.

I aint saying it's another fuck up so we've got no chance of winning anything this season, just simply, losing a 2-0 nil lead obtained in the first half is a fuck up.

as much as I hated it yesterday and was pissed off for hours its good that teams in the bottem few places can give the big boys a bloody nose.its what makes the premier league so popular round the world

warning, mcfc are gonna fuck up ,some time in the near future,

the good news is with this team it maybe 10 matches away

Let's put things into perspective here. Yes, it was a missed opportunity to gain 2 points on Chelsea, go ten wins a row and at 2-0 up at home against Burnley it should of been in the bag. But that early goal wasn't our mistake it was offside. Can't fault the team for that. And then I just don't think they had anything left in them after what has been some achievement to go from under performing, losing our captain, our best striker...all our strikers and almost being out of CL; to beating Bayern, Roma away, 9 wins in a row.

If you can't handle one defeat amidst all that achievement then you need to start playing fifa in easy mode or something and take a rest from real life for a bit.

defeat ? it was a draw... though it perfectly sums up the mood...though confident we will win on Thursday....hoping spurs turn up against chelsea , but that is being just too optimistic

Oh wait...

TYPICAL FUCKING CITY alive and well I see. It was a tough ask, beating the 19th placed team at HOME with a 2-0 half time lead, but if anyone could fuck it up, we know we could.

'Typical City'? You sound like the knobs behind me in the North Stand when we were losing to QPR. They kept going on about 'typical city' and then they buggered off home. lol
