Some cunts never learn. Thick as fuck.Shock as good player joins City, takes a while to get up to speed. Then is great again.

100% this, up to the WC he looked lost and somewhat overawed with the club and team but now has become a huge part of this side and is starting to lead and take the initiative, great to see.Something has clicked mentally with him in recent months. It’s clear he now feels like he belongs here, but also that he doesn’t need to be subservient to KDB and others. He’s seemingly realised he is able to influence the game himself and willing to take on the responsibility of doing so. Playing with a swagger now.
Or maybe the effluxion of further time marked his further assimilation into learning how to play under Pep.I wonder what happened at the World Cup to send him back to us with such confidence and determination.
It's not like England had a particularly great tournament, or like Southgate played him much or showed much faith in him - but maybe he's got his heart set on proving himself indispensable for the next international tournament.
Or maybe he's just someone who really loves warm weather training.
i was going to say that :)Or maybe the effluxion of further time marked his further assimilation into learning how to play under Pep.
I’m not normally given to pointing out when people have made incorrect calls, nor least because we all do, myself very much included, but there have to be some limits placed upon that.
The sheer arrogance of some posters, failing to wait and see, despite the track record of the greatest club manager in world football in improving players and the period of time that usually takes if they are attacking players, truly was astonishing and speaks more to their limitations and insecurities than anything else, as does their conspicuous absence from this thread in recent weeks.
Really pleased for Jack, but not surprised. Call me crazy, but I was prepared to back Pep Guardiola’s judgement and give him and Jack the benefit of doubt. The fact that others manifestly and repeatedly weren’t shows their own complete lack of judgement, and given it involved slagging one of our own, a lack of support and, in some instances, naked disloyalty.
We’ve all had to sit next to these cunts at games. Can’t wait to get on certain players backs because of their own pitiful insecurities. Spoiling the experience for those around them. Sad, selfish cunts who know better than everyone else, including Pep Guardiola, yet never seem to learn.
Good post. I for one have been willing Jack to succeed because he’s got that personality and infectious enthusiasm and is a good player.Or maybe the effluxion of further time marked his further assimilation into learning how to play under Pep.
