I thought he played OK today. A little frustrating in that he lacks end product. He does everything well up to the point of final pass/shot.

He was 8.5/10 today, he’s just missing a little bit of confidence as we saw when Haaland laid it on a plate for him to shoot and he chickened out and passed back.

Once he gets that confidence back, the goals and more sensational skills and funds will follow.

He’s almost there.

The one we just won 6:3. Of the front three that he played in he was behind Haaland and Foden. Of the midfield 3 he was behind KDB and Silva. IMO of the 6 mids/forwards I think he was the 5th or 6th best. He was also the most culpable for their first. I think he played OK.

Honestly, his shooting skills (the speed, accuracy and how fast he builds the shooting) are so awful, but still was incredible this match. I am sure he can get a little bit better, but he will always struggle on that aspect.

Was excellent today, especially 1st half. His two best games have come against the rags.

Thought he was very good today,

I just accept the fact he’s not a great finisher, but he offers plenty when he plays like he has in the last two games.

He’s setting a good standard for himself now, so it’s up to him to build on it.

Once he starts taking those shots with more confidence we will have him all the way.

Even with no assists he was clearly influential in his decision making and tempo control in the goals.
