Really strange that he got picked today out of nowhere. For all those that cry for him to play centrally today proved why he can’t. He’s lost playing in the middle. He doesn’t know how to get himself into the game. I would say however that he’s our best option on the left. When he plays on the left he’s constantly involved and he impacts the game. Today has finished him as a City player.
His time may or may not be coming to an end with us.

He was fine today. The plan was to keep the ball as much as possible to stop Forest counter attacking and for 45 mins we were supreme.

The second half was less secure, but not because Grealish did anything wrong. His price tag has made him a scape goat.

Savinho was the player that gave the ball away the most today.

Sold to Tynecaster, good dribbler no end product. Doku like:-)

* and yes I did have to Google who the fuck is Paco Diaz and does he track back:-)
Must be a modern iteration. He was an exotic foreign signing from Spain around the time we were signing Steve Daley. Now, if the discussion is about wastes of money from the West Midlands…

Anyone who's actually played football for a living knows how much Jack does for a team. He's been unfortunate with niggles and being played in a less favoured position - for me he looked far better as a number 10 than Phil does so that's a decent compliment.

Don't know if he'll be here next year but if he is I would be happy. He is not as bad as some in the media want you to believe plus he's a very nice lad off the field too.

Another average performance where the fan boys somehow make it better than what it was.
If Rico had that performance yesterday the same fan boys would be slagging him.

I thought he was poor , looked to be playing within himself and a little half hearted

Looks like his time is up with us , he mentioned after the Bournemouth game that he was gutted not to start as he’d played in all the previous rounds

I think Pep gave him his last Hurrah today but he didn’t do enough to get the nod in the final

He did exactly what was asked of him. A couple of times he could have maybe got a shot away or been more dynamic but he always kept the ball and kept us moving. I thought he played well. As you said it was Savinho or, at times, Bernardo giving it away with silly passes.

Will be a travesty if he's anywhere near a starting spot in the Cup final. As half hearted a press as you're likely to see from him. If this is exactly what Pep asked of him then Peps lowered his standards considerably.
I am surprised he played him in such a big game considering he has shown zero faith in him in months. If Jack wasn't putting the graft in though I am sure he would have been hooked a lot sooner.

I think he was selected knowing Forests game plan is nicking the ball and trying to break quickly. Maybe with Jack considering how rarely he loses the ball it reduces the chances of that maybe.

All the bases loaded and Ithink it was him and Marmoush passing it between themselves on the left hand side in the penalty area while all the bases were loaded before they lost the ball and Palace started a counter attack.

Looked like kids playing 3 pots in at the park.

Got the opportunity in the 10 and tbh i was hoping for a bit more after being out so long, but i guess its also unfair to expect it from someone with no rhythm. However those are the levels at City, when you get a chance you have to be ready to grab it, but he was outshone by a kid playing out of position at left back in attacking phases.

What a majestic player he is. One of the few who accomplishes being graceful and hard worker at the same time.

Most misunderstood player in recent history
Will back him to the end.
I think he’s fantastic when he’s on it and I really hope we don’t sell him.
His contribution in the treble season was outstanding and that goal against Arsenal I think potentially won us the league.
What a player.
